Public Accounting Internship

BSB Partners CPAs & Business Advisors– Mayfield Heights, Ohio 

Job Description

BSB Partners is looking for motivated, qualified candidates for an internship, which begins mid-January 2027 and ends mid-April 2027.  The internship is paid and can be full-time or part-time depending on the candidate’s availability.  Candidates will work closely with our partner and manager groups to serve our clients. The internship will feature a fast-paced working environment and provide exposure to many aspects of the public accounting profession.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform audit, review, and compilation procedures, including workpaper preparation
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Prepare business and individual tax returns
  • Use technology to increase and share knowledge with team members and enhance client service

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A current Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled problem-solver with analytic ability
  • Dedication to teamwork
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
