ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will work closely with our General Manager to keep a portfolio of commercial properties running smoothly, build relationships with the creative tenants who shape LA's economy, and grow your skill set across leasing, operations, marketing, and team leadership. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the General Manager to coordinate maintenance, marketing, leasing, and vendor services across our portfolio of commercial properties.
- Build great relationships with tenants — answer questions, solve problems, and make sure they love being in our buildings.
- Help lease available spaces: respond to inquiries, give tours, and support lease negotiations.
- Coordinate marketing outreach and brand awareness, including digital content and SEO-informed strategies to fill vacancies.
- Manage tenant files, work orders, paperwork, and day-to-day administrative flow.
- Create staff schedules, support hiring and training, and help coach team members.
- Work with the maintenance supervisor to balance team workloads and keep the property in top shape.
- Conduct market research to understand who is looking for space and how we can stand out.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for tenants, team members, and visitors.
- Take on other projects from the leadership team — this role grows with you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred — recent grads are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication — write clear emails, run meetings, and hold a great conversations with a tenant or vendor.
- A people person who genuinely enjoys solving problems and building relationships.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Microsoft Office basics required. Bonus points for any experience with RESMAN, YARDI, or ONSITE — we will train you on the platforms we use.
- Bilingual Spanish is a big plus.
- Basic math fluency (percentages, commissions, simple calculations).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Availability for occasional evenings or weekends when property needs call for it.
- Excited to work in-person at our DTLA office — this is not a remote role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is based on-site at 860 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90014. You will spend most of your time in our office and walking the property — greeting tenants, checking in with vendors, and being a visible presence in our community. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for events or property needs. The environment is moderately quiet, professional, and collaborative.
Physical requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; regular use of a computer and electronic devices; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; use hands to handle files and equipment; close, distance, and peripheral vision.
