Social Content Creator

The Good Charcoal is hiring a Social Content Creator Intern to run point on short-form video for a grilling brand you'll find in Walmart, Sam's Club, Food Lion, and Home Depot. This is a paid, remote role starting July 1, 2026, at up to 20 hours a week. Must be 18 or older. No AI-content.

You'll be on camera and behind it. Record, edit, and post a minimum of 3 videos a week across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Build branded takes on trends while they're still hot, plus original content around grilling, food, and the product. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director and alongside our influencer marketing specialist, helping shape the social strategy while learning the tools real marketing teams run on.

Good fit: comfortable being the personality of a brand, plugged into what's trending across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, able to shoot and edit start to finish, fast-moving, and self-directed. No red tape between your idea and posting it live.
