Registered Behavior Technician
Job Title: Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist
Job Description:
Home Link International Inc. is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents in home and community settings across New Jersey.
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in behavioral health, psychology, education, or social services. No prior RBT certification is required—we offer a 40-hour training program for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record accurate session data in CentralReach
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors and caregivers
- Complete session notes in a timely and compliant manner
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Willingness to complete RBT 40-hour training (provided if not certified)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- RBT certification or completion of 40-hour training
- Background in psychology, education, ABA, or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
