Registered Behavior Technician

Job Title: Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist

Job Description:
Home Link International Inc. is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents in home and community settings across New Jersey.

This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in behavioral health, psychology, education, or social services. No prior RBT certification is required—we offer a 40-hour training program for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and record accurate session data in CentralReach
  • Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Maintain professional communication with supervisors and caregivers
  • Complete session notes in a timely and compliant manner

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Willingness to complete RBT 40-hour training (provided if not certified)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RBT certification or completion of 40-hour training
  • Background in psychology, education, ABA, or related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
