Social Media & Content Marketing Intern

Timeless XI is a fast-growing Tampa-based live commerce brand selling sneakers, apparel, and fragrances through nightly TikTok Shop live auction streams. We're looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern who lives on TikTok and Instagram and knows what makes content stop the scroll.

You'll be responsible for turning our live streams into short-form content, running our organic social presence, and helping grow our audience across platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership of a brand's content engine — not someone fetching coffee.

What you'll do:

• Clip and edit highlights from nightly live streams into Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
• Plan and schedule organic content across TikTok and Instagram for @timelessxi
• Write captions, hooks, and on-screen copy that drive engagement
• Track content performance and double down on what works
• Help develop content concepts for product drops and sponsored segments

What we're looking for:

• Active, native understanding of TikTok and Instagram (you should already be making content)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Strong sense of trends, sound, and pacing in short-form video
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in sneakers, streetwear, or live commerce is a big plus
