Business Operations Coordinator Leadership Track
Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who wants real business experience beyond a traditional entry-level office job.
This position supports daily office operations, internal communication, team coordination, project tracking, and process improvement. The right person will work closely with leadership and gain direct exposure to how a growing company operates day to day.
This is a strong fit for students or recent graduates majoring in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations, or related business fields.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily office operations and administrative workflows
Support and help manage a small internal administrative team
Track tasks, deadlines, schedules, and project-related priorities
Communicate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and office staff
Organize files, records, reports, and internal documentation
Help identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes
Support leadership with daily operational needs
Serve as a central point of communication between office and field operations

Work Environment
This is an in-person role at our Birmingham office. This is not a traditional 9–5 position. Weekday hours may extend into the evening depending on workload. Weekends are not required, but team members are expected to be available by phone after hours for urgent support when needed.
