Sales & Account Growth Intern

This intern will work directly alongside the Account Executive team to support existing client relationships and drive new chapter-level engagement. They understand how chapters think, what motivates a merchandise purchase, and how to speak the language of the people Enrichly serves. Preference given to members of multiple organizations or those with chapter leadership experience.

 PRIMARY PROJECTS
– Merch Chair Outreach Program — build the chapter-level Merch Chair contact list in Salesforce, develop the resource kit, and execute the fi rst wave of outreach across priority chapters
– Chapter Health Dashboard — compile order frequency, revenue, and last-contact data by chapter to help AEs prioritize outreach and identify at-risk or high-growth accounts
– Merchandise Planning Meeting Support — assist Account Executive & Chapter Coaches in scheduling semester merchandise planning meetings and follow up to convert those conversations into orders
– Conference On-Site Engagement — serve as a chapter-facing representative at conferences attended this summer, supporting the storefront and identifying sales opportunities in real time
– Best Practices Library — document what is working across chapters and build a shareable resource the sales team can use in pitches and planning sessions.
