Key Responsibilities
• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring departmental objectives are met.
• Support the Manager in supervising, training, and evaluating employees.
• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor operational metrics.
• Assist with inventory management, budgeting, and expense control.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in a supervisory, management, or related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Familiarity with business management software, CRM systems, or ERP platforms is a plus.
