Position Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Intern to join our team on a commission-only basis. You'll be working deals from start to finish — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing. This is a true sales role with real earning potential. If you're hungry, coachable, and ready to put in the work, your income is uncapped.

This is ideal for students or recent grads who want hands-on, full-cycle sales experience in the financial services industry.

Compensation Structure

  • 10% of net commission earned on every deal you close
  • Paid out on funded deals
  • Fully uncapped — the more you close, the more you earn
  • No base salary — this role rewards performance

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and reaching out to small business owners
  • Qualifying leads and understanding their funding needs
  • Presenting Commera's funding solutions
  • Managing your pipeline inside our CRM
  • Following up consistently to move deals forward
  • Closing deals and submitting funded applications
  • Collaborating with the team to improve your sales approach
