About the Role

We're looking for exceptional AI Engineers to help build and deploy production-grade AI systems that solve real business problems.

You'll work across the full AI stack—from agent development and evaluation to model training, deployment, and customer-facing applications. This role combines software engineering, machine learning, and product thinking, requiring builders who can move quickly from idea to production.

You'll work closely with customers, product teams, and researchers to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable systems that create measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications for enterprise customers

Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and testing infrastructure to measure model and agent performance

Build training pipelines, reinforcement learning environments, and data workflows to improve agent capabilities

Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI solutions

Iterate on internal AI tooling, infrastructure, and developer workflows to accelerate deployment velocity

Analyze production usage data and user feedback to continuously improve system performance and reliability

Collaborate across engineering, product, and research teams to bring new AI capabilities into production

We're Looking For

Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems

Experience with machine learning, LLMs, AI agents, reinforcement learning, or applied AI systems

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tooling

Ability to break down ambiguous problems into scalable technical solutions

Strong product intuition and a bias toward shipping

Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying AI applications in production environments

Experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, RL/RLHF, or agent architectures

Background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or related fields

Experience building customer-facing products or enterprise software

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and modern software development practices

Compensation & Benefits

Location: New York City

Base Salary: $140,000–$300,000 + equity
