World Science Scholars (WSS) Summer Intern

Scope of Work includes, without limitation, the areas below:

 ●      Help schedule, plan, and support virtual and in-person WSS and WSF events

●       Help write and send event reminders, newsletters and other relevant communications to scholars and alumni

●       Assist with the new WSS cohort’s onboarding and orientation

●       Update alumni database

●       Review and update professor bios for the new WSS website

●       Transfer courses from old WSS website to new website

●       Review and update course descriptions for WSS courses

●       Review courses and leave feedback, as needed

●       Assist with administrative tasks and assignments from other departments, as assigned

●       Other responsibilities as needed
