HR/Recruiting Intern — Mental Health Group Practice

ABOUT US:
We're a mental health practice expanding from a solo practice into a multi-state group practice. Right now, our biggest need is finding qualified therapists — and we need a motivated intern to help us build that pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Source therapist candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Psychology Today, and TherapyDen
• Reach out to grad programs (MSW, LPC, MFT, counseling) to build school partnerships
• Contact training programs and clinical agencies to create referral pipelines
• Help coordinate alumni events and career fairs at social work and counseling programs
• Post job listings and manage candidate outreach and tracking

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Student in HR, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Business
• Confident communicator comfortable with cold outreach
• Organized, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in the mental health field
