Entry Level Manager

Logan Legacy Group, a client consulting firm, is seeking an AT&T Management Assistant to support our growing team in the Grand Rapids area. This role focuses on guiding customer interactions, supporting daily operations, and helping ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new customers.

As an AT&T Management Assistant, you will work closely with team leadership to maintain organization across customer accounts, support team coordination, and contribute to a high standard of customer experience. This position offers hands-on training in business operations, team support, and leadership development.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Management Assistant

  • Support customer interactions by providing clear, friendly information about available AT&T services
  • Assist with onboarding and account setup to ensure a smooth and organized experience
  • Maintain and manage accurate records of customer interactions and service details
  • Help coordinate daily team activities and support overall workflow
  • Work alongside leadership to support team organization and day-to-day operations
  • Address customer questions and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in training focused on communication, leadership development, and operational processes

Qualifications of the AT&T Management Assistant

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or management is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend AT&T Fiber Internet plans that align with their lifestyle.
