AIYA Technology System LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant POS Technical Support Specialist to join our growing technology team.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain restaurant POS systems.
• Set up and support Aldelo Express and Aldelo POS platforms.
• Configure menus, modifiers, pricing, and kitchen workflows.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, cash drawers, scanners, and network devices.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to restaurant clients.
• Train restaurant staff on daily POS operations.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with sales and implementation teams during new merchant installations.
• Ensure smooth POS operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant POS experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Aldelo Express.
• Hands-on experience with Aldelo POS.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and kitchen printing workflows.
• Experience with:
• Epson Printers
• Windows Operating Systems
• Network Configuration
• Routers and Wi-Fi Setup
• Payment Processing Equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Clover POS
• Toast POS
• Square POS
• PAX Payment Terminals
• Credit Card Processing Systems
• Restaurant Technology Support
