AIYA Technology System is expanding and looking for experienced Clover POS professionals to support restaurant merchants throughout the United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure Clover POS systems for restaurants.
• Set up Clover Station Solo, Duo, Flex, Mini, and Kitchen Display Systems (KDS).
• Configure restaurant menus, categories, modifiers, combo meals, and pricing.
• Set up kitchen printers, kitchen display screens, and online ordering integrations.
• Train restaurant owners and staff on Clover operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and merchant support.
• Coordinate with payment processing and merchant service teams.
• Support restaurant openings and POS system migrations.

Required Qualifications

✔ Experience with Clover POS systems

✔ Experience with restaurant POS setup and deployment

✔ Knowledge of:

• Clover Dining
• Clover Station
• Clover Flex
• Clover Mini
• Clover KDS
• Kitchen Printer Setup
• Menu Programming
• Payment Processing

✔ Familiar with:

• Wi-Fi and Network Configuration
• Router Setup
• Epson Printers
• Receipt Printers
• Cash Drawers
• Credit Card Terminals

✔ Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.

✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• Aldelo Express
• Aldelo POS
• Toast POS
• Square POS
• PAX Devices
• Restaurant Operations
• Payment Processing Industry

Bilingual English & Chinese preferred.
