Interior Construction Remodeling Assistant
Renovation Innovations LLC is hiring an Interior Construction Remodeling Assistant to support our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects throughout Macomb and surrounding counties.
This position is hands-on and ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential construction and remodeling. You will work directly with experienced remodelers on active job sites, learning all phases of interior renovation including demolition, framing, drywall, tile installation, and finish work.
We specialize in high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom tile work, and full interior renovations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom demolition and prep work
- Help install tile, flooring, drywall, trim, and cabinetry
- Carry materials, tools, and job site setup/cleanup
- Support lead installers with daily construction tasks
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow instructions from lead carpenter/remodeler
- Learn proper construction techniques and trade skills on the job
Requirements
- Prior construction or remodeling experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
- Must be dependable and on time
