Junior Account Executive

Relevnt Solutions is a sales firm contracted by nationally recognized brands to grow their customer base through direct, business-to-business sales. When a client partners with us, they're not outsourcing a function; they're gaining a committed growth partner.

We're hiring a Junior Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on working with small and mid-sized businesses from first contact through close. That means finding new accounts, building relationships, and putting together the right solution for each business's needs.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Own the full sales cycle with small and medium-sized businesses across the Bay Area
  • Identify and develop new small and mid-sized business accounts
  • Building lasting client relationships with business owners and decision makers
  • Applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development
  • Contributing to a strong, positive team culture and celebrating wins

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 0 to 3 years in a customer-facing, sales, or service role.
  • Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, no experience required, just the right attitude
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Our office is located in Concord, CA, and we oversee territory all across the Bay Area.
