Construction Field Superintendent
We are currently looking to hire a Fulltime Field Superintendent to join our team at Keystone Custom Builders. We have been in the valley for 52 years building custom homes, commercial properties, renovations, and remodels. Job Description:
Keystone Custom Builders, Inc. is looking to add a full-time field superintendent to its team. Specifically, we're looking for a professional self-starter who is very detail-oriented, able to multi-task, work well under pressure, is flexible, and people-friendly. Candidate must be proficient in both Residential and Commercial construction and have at least 5 years of ground up construction management experience. We want someone that is career oriented, motivated, organized, and comfortable with, and capable of supervising 2-3 projects of varying size and complexity at a time. Experience with Gmail/Google Workspace, Word, JobTread/Buildertrend, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel is a big plus.
Successful Candidates should have the following experience/skills:
- Strong understanding of critical task method of scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented
- Extremely organized and skilled in time management
- Daily Field Report and Weekly Safety Meeting Documentation and Entry
- Good Follow up (24-hour follow up for every phone call and email)
- Experience with Word, Excel, JobTread/Buildertrend, Gmail, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in Residential as well as Commercial Construction, including Pre- engineered Steel Building erection
- Ability to Read and Understand plans and specifications
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Manage project schedules utilizing construction management software in Gantt Chart form.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring quality control and adherence to blueprints.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction specifications and timelines.
Compensation: $27-$35 per hour depending on ability/experience
