About the Role
Redsun is hiring Business Analysts on behalf of our clients across various industries, including IT, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Technology. We are seeking professionals who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in solution design, system implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications
For Experienced Candidates (3–5 Years)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating:
- BRDs
- FRDs
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Gap Analysis Documents
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
For Fresh Graduates
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Understanding of business processes and software development concepts.
- Exposure to business analysis through internships, academic projects, case studies, or certifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn business analysis tools and methodologies.
