Customer Service Representative
Botach is a 35-year tactical gear and firearms retailer in Las Vegas. We're hiring sharp customer service people, and we'll take a strong recent grad who can think over someone with a long resume who can't.
This is a real job with real responsibility from day one. You handle phone and email support, solve customer problems start to finish, and learn our products well enough to give straight answers. We don't micromanage. We hire people we can trust to own their work.
On-site in Las Vegas, full-time, Monday–Friday. Not remote, not part-time.
What you'll do:
- Answer customer calls and emails on orders, products, shipping, returns
- Solve problems directly instead of passing them off
- Learn the product lines and give real answers
- Keep clean notes and follow up until the issue is closed
What we want:
- Sharp, fast, calm under pressure
- Clear written and spoken English
- Customer-facing experience is a plus, not required
- Reliable and self-directed
Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience. Interest in firearms, tactical gear, or the outdoors is a plus, not a requirement.
