Client Services Specialist

Job Brief

We are searching for a dedicated Client Services Specialist to provide top-notch service to our clients.

The responsibilities include addressing client queries, handling client accounts, and acting as a liaison between clients and different departments in the company.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a keen understanding of client management and problem-solving.

The primary objective of a Client Services Specialist is to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate long-term client relationships.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Manage client accounts and transactions
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement necessary changes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare regular reports on client interactions for management review
  • Assist in product development by gathering feedback from clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client services or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work with a team and manage multiple tasks
