Role Description
Benchmark Group of Companies is seeking a motivated, energetic, and resourceful Entry-Level Recruiter to help identify, attract, and connect with top talent.
This is not a traditional HR position. We are looking for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and finding creative ways to connect with people online.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through social media platforms, job boards, referrals, and online communities
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with prospective candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified applicants
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Help build a strong employer brand through social media and online engagement
What We're Looking For
- Active user of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar channels
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative problem solver who can think outside the box
- Highly coachable and eager to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
