Sales Business Development Intern

As Sydenham continues to grow across key markets, we are looking for driven, polished, and highly motivated Sales & Business Development Interns to support new membership growth and help expand our regional presence.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales and lead generation role designed for students or recent graduates who want real exposure to high-ticket sales, luxury client development, and the rapidly growing field of preventative healthcare.

You will learn how to identify qualified prospects, conduct outreach, build relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and support the membership acquisition process for Sydenham’s concierge health programs.

This is not a passive administrative internship. It is a performance-oriented role for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to develop real-world sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospect Research
Research and build targeted lists of qualified prospects, including executives, entrepreneurs, luxury networks, corporate wellness decision-makers, and referral partners within the clinic’s regional market.

Outreach & Relationship Building
Conduct professional outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions to introduce Sydenham Clinic and secure discovery conversations.

Pipeline Management
Track outreach, follow-ups, prospect status, and sales activity in the CRM with accuracy and discipline.

Sales Support
Assist the growth team in preparing for prospect meetings, follow-up communication, membership presentations, and local business development opportunities.

Networking & Market Presence
Represent Sydenham Clinic with professionalism at select local events, community partnerships, executive gatherings, and wellness-focused activations.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

This internship includes a performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward strong results. High performers will have the opportunity to earn based on the value they help create, with no cap on potential incentive-based upside.

Interns will also gain direct exposure to high-ticket sales, luxury healthcare, concierge medicine, and relationship-based business development.

You are polished, articulate, and able to communicate with discretion and professionalism when speaking with executives, physicians, and high-profile individuals.
