Position Summary
Gospel Revival Ministries is seeking a highly organized, creative, and mission-driven Administrative & Social Media Coordinator to provide administrative support while managing the ministry's digital presence. This position combines office coordination with content creation and social media management to help advance the ministry's mission and engage supporters online.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and ministry events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and ministry documents
- Maintain ministry records, databases, and filing systems
- Answer phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Assist with event planning, registration, and logistics
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships
- Support ministry leadership with administrative projects and special assignments
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages and comments
- Capture and share ministry stories, testimonies, event highlights, and updates
- Assist with livestream promotion and digital outreach campaigns
- Track analytics and prepare monthly social media performance reports
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Prior administrative, communications, or ministry experience preferred
- Commitment to the mission and values of Gospel Revival Ministries
Preferred Skills
- Photography and video editing experience
- Familiarity with church or nonprofit ministry environments
- Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing best practices
- Experience with CRM or donor management systems
