About the Role

Eastern Shore Poultry is seeking a highly motivated, driven individual to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across production, operations, quality, logistics, and people management.

This is not a desk job. You will learn our business from the ground up, work alongside experienced leaders, and take on real responsibility early. Successful trainees are fast learners, problem solvers, and people who want to grow into supervisory and management roles.

What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key areas of the operation, including:

Production and processing operations

Supervisory and workforce management

Food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Scheduling, labor efficiency, and yield improvement

Continuous improvement and cost control initiatives

You will:

Learn daily plant operations and performance metrics

Assist supervisors and managers with day-to-day decision making

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality

Communicate with production teams and leadership

Gradually take ownership of projects and teams as you develop

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Operations, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field)

Internship, military, athletics, or hands-on work experience

Interest in operations, manufacturing, or food production
