Field Marketing Sales Representative – Uncapped Commission | Earn $80k–$100k+

Job Type: Full-Time (32 hours) 

Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M+ annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in sales. We provide weekly paid training where you'll learn valuable sales and communication skills to be successful on our team and for future career advancement opportunities!

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
  • Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
  • Offer free roof inspections and set qualified appointments for our sales team

No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.

Compensation (Uncapped Commissions)

  • $1,250–$2,500+ per week
  • Top reps earn $80k–$100k+ annually
  • No cap on earnings – your income is directly tied to your effort and performance

  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and starting conversations
  • Strong work ethic and resilience (ability to handle rejection)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

No prior sales experience required—we provide full training.

 

Schedule

  • Full-time - Afternoon/Evening hours + Saturdays
  • Performance-based schedule (“open to goal”)
  • Ongoing team training - 2 times a week in Simsbury, CT
