Business Development Associate
The Connecticut Team is hiring a Business Development Associate (Entry Level) to support our telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in business development, client relations, sales, and account management. We provide comprehensive training, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers to support client growth initiatives
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts and services
- Represent client products and services professionally
- Assist with customer acquisition and territory development efforts

Position Details
Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000, including commission
