Key Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T products and services through professional face-to-face customer interactions.

- Identify customer needs and recommend customized wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on AT&T offerings and promotions.
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM platforms, including Salesforce, to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize customer value.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive overall business growth.
- Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development training programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
