Summer Design Coordinator/Intern

Silver Property Group is doing a Summer cleanup of its 100+ buildings and expanding portfolio. Job is for the summer. Looking for a creative person to continue to update these neighborhood buildings and assist with new acquisitions. Interior Design curriculum background is a big bonus. We will be working on common and outside areas and lobbies. Our goal is to update these buildings with fun current finishes including, light fixtures, address numbers and plaques, entry carpets/mats, art, paint, wallpaper, landscaping and furniture. Great collaborative team and other summer interns to work with at Silver. Need a self-starter for this position to make it their own. Opportunity to obtain real estate management and construction experience as well. Car needed. Paid position. Resume stuffer.. in a good way. Also opportunity to do some Social Media while on the job.
