Customer Service and Collections Representative

Strong customer service reps needed for growing company in Irvine, CA!

Company that owns several colleges nationwide is looking for professionals who can make calls to active and inactive, college students to help with financial solutions.

Strong interpersonal and positive relationship management skills. Calls may exceed 100 a day, including communications both on email and via mail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary!

Ability to analyze numbers. Strategize, and think quickly. Response time must be fast!

Ability to work with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Spreadsheet and Word.
