Clinic Operations Manager
The Clinic Operations Manager is a critical early-stage hire for NeuroBridge. This individual will oversee the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the clinic and serve as the primary operational liaison between clinical leadership and administrative staff.
This role requires strong independent judgment, operational expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, pre-launch environment where priorities evolve quickly and ownership of outcomes is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day non-clinical clinic operations, including vendor management, facility readiness, and staff scheduling oversight
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between clinical leadership and administrative staff
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate facility preparation, equipment readiness, and operational compliance documentation
- Support HIPAA compliance documentation, regulatory recordkeeping, and operational policy development
- Partner with the management services organization and clinical leadership to align operational workflows with clinical priorities
- Develop and implement scalable operational systems, processes, and procedures
- Identify operational gaps and proactively develop and execute solutions in a pre-launch environment
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and vendor invoice review
- Support onboarding and orientation of new administrative and operational staff
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations management
- Prior experience managing a clinical practice or outpatient clinic strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience with vendor management and facility coordination
- Proficiency with healthcare operations software and administrative systems
- Ability to operate independently in a startup or pre-launch environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience within a nonprofit organization
- Familiarity with nonprofit governance and mission-driven operations
- Experience supporting a clinic or healthcare organization through launch or expansion
- Knowledge of EMR and/or clinical scheduling systems
