The Role
As our Customer Success Coordinator, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers. You'll help them get maximum value from our platform, guide them through migrations to better-fit solutions, and proactively identify ways to save them money or improve their results.
This isn't a sales role—it's about genuinely helping customers succeed. When you do that well, growth happens naturally.
This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and wants a career path into Customer Success leadership.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and challenges
- Guide customers through migrations from legacy contracts to solutions that better fit their needs
- Analyze customer usage and proactively recommend cost-saving opportunities or better configurations
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption
- Conduct regular check-ins to review ROI and identify ways to improve customer outcomes
- Educate customers on features and capabilities they may be underutilizing
- Track customer health metrics and address potential issues before they become problems
- Document processes, build playbooks, and improve CS operations
- Escalate technical issues to engineering and follow through to resolution
- Collaborate with Product to share customer feedback and advocate for customer needs
Who You Are
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Consultative mindset—you ask questions before offering solutions
- Experience in B2B SaaS preferred (bonus: real estate, data, or moving industry)
- Excellent communicator—you can explain complex things simply
- Analytical—you're comfortable reviewing data to find insights and opportunities
- Organized and detail-oriented—you don't let things slip through the cracks
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Customer-obsessed—you genuinely care about helping people succeed, not just hitting metrics
Compensation
Base Salary
$55,000 – $65,000 annually
Based on experience and qualifications.
Commission
2% of incremental ARR from customers you support
- Earn commission when your advisory work leads to migrations or expanded usage
- Paid quarterly, uncapped
- Example: Help customers migrate to better-fit plans totaling $150K ARR = $3,000 quarterly
- Realistic year-one earnings: $5,000 – $15,000+ in commission
Equity
Stock option grant (0.10% – 0.15%)
- 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff
- Potential value at $300M exit: $300,000 – $450,000
- You'll own a piece of what we're building together
