About the Role

You’ll be joining a fast‑moving, Dallas‑based team building a disciplined, HubSpot‑driven growth engine focused on high‑quality accounts in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Your mission is simple: help generate qualified meetings with the right companies by building and optimizing our lead funnel and executing personalized outreach that actually gets responses.

This is not a passive internship. You will own real outcomes, build real systems, and develop skills that directly translate to revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

  • HubSpot Funnel Building
    Create and optimize landing pages, sequences, lists, workflows, and reporting dashboards
  • ICP Research & Targeting
    Identify and prioritize companies and contacts that match our Ideal Customer Profile
  • ABM Execution
    Support our account‑based marketing strategy through targeted, high‑intent outreach
  • Dallas Personalization
    Create custom messages, ideas, and micro‑campaigns tailored to specific Dallas‑area prospects
  • Outbound Meeting Generation
    Help generate qualified meetings through personalized outreach and sequencing
  • Content & Messaging
    Draft emails, LinkedIn messages, and short‑form content that resonates with executives
  • Data & Reporting
    Track funnel performance, outreach effectiveness, and meeting conversion

What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)

  • Build your first Dallas target list in HubSpot (25–50 companies)
  • Launch at least 2 outbound email or LinkedIn sequences
  • Generate your first qualified meeting
  • Create one personalized outreach concept for a Dallas prospect
  • Begin tracking and reporting performance metrics weekly

Who You Are

  • A current college student (Marketing, Business, Advertising, PR, Communications preferred)
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out
  • A strong writer and communicator
  • Interested in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
  • Organized and detail‑oriented
  • Excited to work in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership environment

Details

  • Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid)
  • Hours: 15–20 per week
  • Compensation: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
  • Duration: Summer 2026
  • Reports to: VP of Growth
