About the Role
Do you spend more time analyzing social media algorithms than simply scrolling through them?
Then we have a position for you. We're hiring a Social Media Growth Intern to help grow Addy AI's audience across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
This is not a traditional social media management role. You won't be scheduling posts or responding to comments all day.
Instead, you'll focus on what actually matters: growth.
Your mission will be to increase followers, views, engagement, and brand awareness by identifying viral opportunities, optimizing content distribution, testing new formats, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation and experimentation.
You'll work directly with company leadership and have the opportunity to help shape the public presence of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in mortgage technology.

About You
- You're obsessed with social media growth and understand how content spreads.
- You've grown a personal account, company page, community, or content brand and can demonstrate measurable results.
- You understand platform algorithms, audience psychology, and engagement mechanics.
- You're highly familiar with AI tools for content ideation, creation, editing, and experimentation.
- You're analytical and enjoy testing, measuring, and optimizing performance.
- You move quickly and are comfortable trying new ideas without waiting for perfect information.
- You're an excellent communicator and can identify trends before they become mainstream.
What You'll Do
- Grow Addy's audience and reach across social platforms.
- Identify viral content opportunities and emerging trends.
- Optimize content distribution strategies.
- Test different formats, hooks, and content angles.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and experimentation.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with leadership to amplify company announcements, customer success stories, and product launches.
