Position Overview 

As an Entry-Level Account Representative, you will work directly with customers, assist with account management initiatives, and help drive business growth within your assigned territory. This role is designed to provide real-world experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, sales strategy, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities 

● Meet directly with customers to discuss products, services, and account solutions ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships 

● Assist with customer account reviews and service evaluations 

● Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and acquire new business ● Represent clients professionally and uphold brand standards 

● Track account activity and maintain accurate records 

● Collaborate with team members to achieve performance objectives

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Bachelor's degree preferred 

● Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership organizations, or internships is beneficial but not required
