Strategic Marketing Associate

● The Strategic Marketing Associate will fully integrate into the Founder’s Growth Team, supporting AccessWave’s growth efforts through email marketing & client prospecting, executing strategic initiatives in efforts with the Founder, and overall marketing ideation.
● This role is ideal for someone who wants to work directly alongside a Proven Business Founder - several times over - to learn & experience first-hand what the lifetime of a high-growth company looks like from start to finish.
● The Strategic Marketing Associate will report directly to the Founder, Bill Williams.
What You Bring
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Prospecting
○ Support email marketing campaigns to prospects, clients and partners.
○ Assist with building and maintaining prospect lists.
○ Help identify new prospecting opportunities by industry, geography, referral source, or business segment.
○ Track responses and coordinate follow-up activity with the appropriate team members.
2. Business Development Support
○ Provide end-to-end support in the planning and executing of marketing initiatives across email & social media.
○ Help create & improve upon marketing materials, client-facing resources, and internal documents.
○ Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-up steps.
○ Support ongoing brand consistency across marketing materials.
3. Content & Social Media Support
○ Help with drafting and organizing marketing content.
○ Help repurpose internal expertise into short-form marketing content.
○ Maintain a content calendar and help keep marketing activity consistent.
○ Support basic website and digital content updates as needed.
4. Administrative & Coordination Support
○ Work directly alongside the Founder in supporting high-level initiatives to propel the business forward.
○ Assist in the coordination of executive & business development meetings, follow-ups, and campaign documentation.
○ Provide support for special projects tied to growth, partnerships, and client
engagement.
○ Work closely with leadership to keep marketing initiatives organized and moving
forward.
5. CRM & Data Management
○ Maintain accurate prospect, client, and referral partner information in the CRM.
○ Update contact records, campaign lists, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks.
○ Assist with reporting on campaign performance, prospect engagement, and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills
● Coachability.
● Strong communication skills.
● Intelligently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Highly organized and detail-oriented.
● Ability to manage lists, data, follow-ups, and campaign tracking.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace.
● Ability to work directly with senior leadership and take direction from the Founder.
