What You'll Do
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to introduce products, services, and business solutions
- Represent client programs and build strong professional relationships through in-person interactions
- Learn consultative sales techniques and effective business communication strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing business clients
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support client acquisition and business growth initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Contribute to account growth, client retention, and project-based initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, business development, or other client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Leadership potential and a desire for long-term career growth
