Entry Level Leadership Associate - Sales

Prime Citadel is seeking an Entry Level Sales & Leadership Associate to join our expanding team. This opportunity is designed for ambitious individuals who want to develop professional sales, customer relations, and leadership skills while building a long-term career path. As an Entry Level Sales & Leadership Associate, you will work directly with customers, support client campaigns, and gain experience in business operations, team development, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Represent client campaigns through professional customer interactions
• Educate customers on available products, services, and solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to campaign growth objectives
• Participate in leadership development and management training programs
• Assist with team projects, daily operations, and performance tracking
• Learn best practices in business development, customer acquisition, and account management
• Collaborate with team leaders to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in leadership development and career advancement
