Associate Account Manager
A rapidly growing SaaS company is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support customer retention, account growth, and long-term client success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help customers maximize value while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Role:
๐ผ Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts
๐ Support contract renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
๐ค Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
๐ Monitor account health, customer engagement, and renewal timelines
๐ Conduct value-driven conversations to demonstrate product impact and ROI
๐ Identify customer needs and communicate feedback to internal teams
๐ Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Leadership teams
๐ Maintain accurate account records and pipeline visibility in CRM systems
โจ Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the team

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
โ
Experience supporting renewals, account expansion, or customer retention initiatives
โ
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
โ
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
โ
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
โ
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
โ
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
โ
Comfortable using modern business tools and CRM platforms
โ
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Clari, Catalyst, or similar tools is a plus

Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve productivity and customer engagement
