Associate Account Manager

A rapidly growing SaaS company is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support customer retention, account growth, and long-term client success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help customers maximize value while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Role:
๐Ÿ’ผ Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts
๐Ÿ“ˆ Support contract renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
๐Ÿค Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
๐Ÿ“Š Monitor account health, customer engagement, and renewal timelines
๐Ÿš€ Conduct value-driven conversations to demonstrate product impact and ROI
๐Ÿ” Identify customer needs and communicate feedback to internal teams
๐Ÿ›  Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Leadership teams
๐Ÿ“‹ Maintain accurate account records and pipeline visibility in CRM systems
โœจ Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the team

Requirements:
โœ… 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
โœ… Experience supporting renewals, account expansion, or customer retention initiatives
โœ… Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
โœ… Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
โœ… Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
โœ… Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
โœ… Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
โœ… Comfortable using modern business tools and CRM platforms
โœ… Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Clari, Catalyst, or similar tools is a plus
โœ… Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve productivity and customer engagement
