About the Role:
LMC Cleveland is hiring an AT&T B2B Sales Representative to join our team based in Independence, OH. This role combines in-office collaboration with face-to-face interactions in the field, working directly with small to medium-sized business owners.
This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, working in a team environment, and developing professionally in a performance-driven sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with small to medium-sized business owners in person
- Present AT&T products and services based on client needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage and follow up with leads
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
- Typical weekly earnings range from $1,000–$2,000 based on performance
- Top performers may exceed $2,500–$3,500 weekly

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working face-to-face with business owners
