AT&T B2B Sales Representative

Location: Independence, OH (On-site + Field Work)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

LMC Cleveland is hiring an AT&T B2B Sales Representative to join our team based in Independence, OH. This role combines in-office collaboration with face-to-face interactions in the field, working directly with small to medium-sized business owners.

This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, working in a team environment, and developing professionally in a performance-driven sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with small to medium-sized business owners in person
  • Present AT&T products and services based on client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage and follow up with leads
  • Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • Typical weekly earnings range from $1,000–$2,000 based on performance
  • Top performers may exceed $2,500–$3,500 weekly

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working face-to-face with business owners
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work on-site and in the field daily
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
