Daily Responsibilities of the Entry Level Verizon Account Manager:
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services
- Stay up-to-date on any sales promotions or discounts being offered by our client with the Entry Level Verizon Account Manager and upsell services when appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, training, and strategy sessions to sharpen your sales skills
- Utilize sales negotiation tactics to upsell products and services, always prioritizing customer needs
- Follow compliance guidelines as outlined by our clients and the Entry Level Verizon Account Manager team and represent the brand in a professional manner at all times
- Help track and analyze with the Entry Level Verizon Account Manager team customer interactions and sales performance
- Confidently answer any customer questions and overturn sales objections when necessary
