Position Overview
Rodak Builders is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operational activities of the company. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in operations, logistics, project coordination, and business management.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts. This individual will work closely with leadership, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and office staff to help ensure projects and operations run efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities across multiple projects
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, deliveries, and vendor communications
- Track project timelines, materials, and operational tasks
- Assist with organizing and maintaining internal systems, files, and documentation
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Help monitor workflow and ensure operational follow-through on active projects
- Assist leadership and project managers with coordination and special projects
- Maintain organized records and support process improvement initiatives
- Help identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to solutions
Qualifications
Education
Preferred educational backgrounds include:
- Operations Management
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Management Information Systems
- Entrepreneurship or related field
