About the Role

We are a growing automotive manufacturing company seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position offers hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business operations within the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to develop a career in sales, marketing, business development, or general management. Candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and business development initiatives by identifying and researching prospective customers and market opportunities.
  • Assist with customer communications, follow-up activities, and relationship management.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the automotive industry.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer activity reports, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with pricing analysis, forecasting, and other business reporting activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems.
  • Collaborate with management on special projects and growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and industry partners.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

  • Internship, coursework, or project experience related to sales, marketing, finance, or business operations.
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or marketing software platforms.
  • Interest in the automotive industry.
