Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily team operations and help ensure projects and initiatives run efficiently
• Support customer outreach efforts by providing information about AT&T Fiber Internet services and available options
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
• Monitor team activity, maintain accurate records, and support performance tracking initiatives
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve workflows, strengthen customer experiences, and achieve business objectives
• Help onboard and support new team members through training and ongoing guidance
• Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotional offerings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
