Responsibilities of the Business Management Trainee

• Assist with daily team operations and help ensure a positive, productive work environment
• Support customer-facing initiatives by providing information about Frontier's internet and television services
• Develop communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills through direct customer interaction
• Participate in leadership training focused on team development, business strategy, and performance management
• Learn how to coach and support team members while contributing to overall business objectives
• Track account activity, customer interactions, and campaign performance to maintain accuracy and organization
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and customer engagement
• Contribute ideas that help strengthen team performance and enhance the customer experience
