Next Wave Promotion, a sales and development firm, is looking for an Entry Level Management Associate to mentor sales teams in Rochester, guiding them as they help customers upgrade to Frontier’s services. The Entry Level Management Associate will also support team development, refine sales tactics, and ensure every customer interaction highlights the advantages of Frontier’s solutions

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you’ll be trained in leadership development, communication, and performance management while assisting with customer-facing outreach tied to Frontier’s internet and TV services. The Entry Level Management Associate will also be shaping sales performance, reinforcing standards, and participating in ongoing sales growth efforts.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Management Associate

  • Support our sales team during direct interactions by offering a helping hand, a bit of encouragement, and a solid plan for the day.
  • Grow your leadership skills by learning how to keep the team motivated and our daily workflow running smoothly for the best customer experience.
  • Chat with customers directly to explain how Frontier’s 100% Fiber and TV services can make their home life a whole lot easier and faster.
  • Show new teammates the ropes by teaching them the best ways to communicate and share our product knowledge with the community.
  • Keep an eye on the details by tracking sales activity and enrollment progress to make sure our sales goals are met with total accuracy.
  • Brainstorm with the sales team to find fresh ways to reach more customers and help our Frontier sales campaign continue to thrive.
