Entry Level Business Manager Intern

Megalodon Promotions is growing our AT&T Fiber campaign and actively hiring motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Business Manager. We’re looking for candidates who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, want hands-on training, and are excited to represent one of the most recognized names in telecommunications. As an Entry Level Business Manager, you’ll be on the front line helping customers discover faster, more reliable fiber solutions.

This role is designed for individuals who want real growth opportunities, a supportive team environment, and a clear path into leadership. As an Entry Level Business Manager, you’ll receive ongoing development in sales strategy, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Our goal is to help every Entry Level Business Manager build confidence, sharpen communication skills, and move toward long-term success within our company.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Business Manager:

  • Learn and apply effective sales techniques to educate customers about AT&T Fiber products and services.
  • Engage with customers face-to-face to assess needs, explain features, and recommend the best AT&T Fiber options.
  • Support customers through sign-ups, upgrades, and account changes as an Entry Level Business Manager.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to meet weekly and monthly goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow campaign guidelines, and uphold professional standards expected of an Entry Level Business Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer outreach and drive overall AT&T Fiber sales results.

Qualifications for an Entry Level Business Manager:
