Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant – Trusts & Estates

We are looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to support our Trusts & Estates attorneys in a warm, congenial office environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and revising documents, handling mailings and FedEx, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, opening new matters, returning client calls, preparing deeds, assisting with disbursements, and maintaining the notary log.

The ideal candidate has experience in a law firm or other professional-services setting and is comfortable working with clients and confidential information. Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are important.
