Job Description
The Marketing Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting and improving how the business attracts and retains customers, converts demand, and delivers services. This position works directly with the general management team on high-impact initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success.
You will directly work to improve the systems and processes within Marketing/Revenue Operations and enhance the workflows that drive our revenue growth. This role offers a clear path for advancement into leadership positions based on performance.
Track and monitor conversion rates across the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Support coordination between marketing, sales, and customer interactions to ensure smooth flow from lead generation through ongoing customer success
Monitor marketing spend and assist in evaluating campaign and channel performance
Help test and scale high-performing growth initiatives
Aggregate and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Drive improvements to customer experience and retention through data-driven insights
Maintain alignment across customer-facing systems and processes (e.g., website, communication channels, internal tools)
Support pricing, quoting, and service agreement processes
Collaborate across departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to implementation
Develop skills and experience that support future growth into management roles
Requirements/Qualifications
Successful Applicants will possess the following qualities:
Undergraduate degree
Prior sales or marketing experience strongly valued although not required
Responsible, reliable, and punctual
Willing to take on and develop competence in a wide variety of tasks
Computer skills (Heavy use of Windows including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Dynamics, web browser, and proprietary software)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Organization skills - Must be comfortable and capable of keeping many papers and documents organized in a structured filing system
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Enjoys both desk work and hands-on work
Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and skills tests
Schedule
Full Time.
Monday – Friday, beginning at 7am. Hours worked each week depends on business needs, but generally ranges from 40-55.
