Assistant General Manager

Client is seeking a dedicated and people‑focused Assistant General Manager to lead our passenger transportation team. This role oversees our drivers, ensures smooth daily operations, and upholds the high service standards our clients count on.

What You'll Do

Lead the Driver Team - Supervise, support, and schedule drivers to ensure reliable, on‑time service

Maintain Service Quality - Ensure every client receives safe, professional, and friendly transportation

Oversee Daily Operations - Manage routes, monitor performance, and resolve issues as they arise

Handle Hiring & Training - Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new drivers

Ensure Safety & Compliance - Maintain vehicle standards, documentation, and adherence to company policies

Communicate with Clients - Address customer needs, feedback, and service requests with professionalism

What You Need

Leadership Experience - Prior supervisory or management experience preferred

Strong Communication Skills - Ability to guide drivers and interact professionally with clients

Organizational Ability - Skilled at scheduling, problem‑solving, and keeping operations running smoothly

Knowledge of Transportation or Hospitality - Experience in a service‑driven environment is a plus

Valid PA Driver's License - Must be able to operate company vehicles when needed
